Fractional CFO & Controller Services

Get your time back. Grow your business.

Cash flow is stressful. Margins are unclear. Invoices go out late. Growth feels financially unstable. The books are something to deal with last minute at tax time.

You're losing 10+ hours every week to financial tasks your business has outgrown, a bookkeeper who can't answer the hard questions, and an accountant who pumps the brakes instead of enabling growth.

There's a better way.

I’m Theo Camacho—nice to meet you!

I'm a CPA and MBA grad with ten years of public accounting and corporate finance experience. I started Camacho Consulting Co. because founder-led businesses deserve a calculated risk-taking accountant and a strategically driven financial partner who enables their vision, not one who stands in the way of it.

My work is rooted in a simple conviction: financial clarity is an act of stewardship and helping founders build financially healthy businesses creates ripple effects that extend far beyond the balance sheet.

Based in Los Angeles. Working with teams remotely and on-site.

The Approach

Working with founders building something worth sustainably building.

Every founder gets to a point where the business outgrows the financial infrastructure holding it together. It usually looks something like this:

  • A marketing or creative agency losing margin it can't explain and time it can't afford

  • A development or design agency where project cash flow is unpredictable and every payroll feels like a gamble

  • A consulting firm making six-figure decisions without six-figure financial clarity

  • A PR or communications agency where the retainer book looks healthy, but the bank account disagrees

  • A freelancer or consultant ready to grow but they’re not confident the finances can support what's next

A portion of practice capacity is also reserved each year for nonprofits and mission-driven businesses committed to community impact because good work isn't always measured in revenue.
